The orlop deck
Located directly beyond the hold.
Ship's specialists had their cabins there: carpenter, (what they called) doctor, sail maker... As well the midshipmen had their "living rooms" here (should be the parts separated by grids you may recognize in the renders I think).
Also the main part of the anchor cable was stored here.
Don't be fooled about the atmosphere! I had to add some additional "studio lighting" to get some acceptable renders... In real life this was a horrible dark hole with no daylight coming in.
